knowmind Project Memory Pilot

A shared AI memory for your team, in a limited trial.

The pilot answers one question: does your team find the same project knowledge again across different AI tools, instead of explaining it from scratch every time? We scope a clear use case, connect your AI tools and measure the result.

Who it is for

Teams of roughly five to 15 people in knowledge-intensive companies that already use several AI tools and run client or product projects over longer periods. Consultancies, IT service providers, engineering offices, software teams and agencies with complex client projects.

Scope

  • · Five to 15 users in one shared workspace.
  • · One clearly defined use case.
  • · Up to three data sources, such as project documents, decisions, minutes.
  • · One or two connected AI tools, Claude or ChatGPT for instance.
  • · A success measure agreed in advance and a closing report.

How we measure success

As a shared yardstick we agree at the outset that every participant reaches several source-backed retrievals of team knowledge from their own AI tool within the first days. Knowledge that someone else filed arrives, with its source, where the work happens. Whatever does not prove itself we name in the closing report as plainly as what does.

Data protection and control

Operations run on servers in Nuremberg, Germany. Every workspace is strictly separated. The full body of data can be exported as JSON at any time, and individual entries can be deleted with a log entry. From the Team plan on, a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is part of it. Limits we name openly in advance: highly sensitive individual data does not belong in a pilot.

How it runs

  1. 1. A short call: use case, data sources, success criteria.
  2. 2. Setting up the workspace and inviting the team.
  3. 3. Connecting the AI tools, filing knowledge together.
  4. 4. The trial, with measurement alongside.
  5. 5. A closing call with report and recommendation.
