For companies
A shared AI memory for your team
knowmind keeps project knowledge, decisions and context available across different AI tools and across people. Your team keeps control over where the data sits and who can reach what.
Team workspaces and roles
All members work in a shared workspace and use the same knowledge graph. Four roles govern access: owner, admin, member and read-only. Invitations go out by email, people who are removed lose access, and the shared knowledge stays with the team. Additional seats the owner adds directly in the dashboard.
Data control and governance
Every workspace is separated from the others at database level, throughout and including graph and vector search. Security-relevant events are logged per workspace. The full body of data can be exported as JSON, and individual entries can be deleted across all storage layers with a logged reason. From the Team plan on, a data processing agreement under Article 28 GDPR is part of the deal.
How it is operated
knowmind runs as a managed service on servers in Nuremberg, Germany. You need no infrastructure of your own; operations, backup and updates are on us. Running it later on your own infrastructure is something we can assess together after a pilot.
Documents for procurement
For the review before an introduction, the trust centre with the technical and organisational measures, the data processing agreement template and the list of sub-processors are available. Open limits we name there directly.
Starting with a pilot
The fastest route to a sound assessment is a limited trial with one clear use case and a success measure agreed in advance. Scope, course and outcome are described on the pilot page.
