Anyone paying for three AI subscriptions rarely knows at the end of the month what for. Once your requests run through knowmind, you see usage and cost per provider and model in one place and set your own ceiling.
AI costs accumulate in scattered places: a subscription here, a key there, plus the requests from scripts and tools that nobody counts. At the end of the month there is a total that cannot be explained. knowmind counts along as soon as requests run through the key you stored, and breaks the result down by provider, model and period.
Your key stays yours
You store your own key for Anthropic, OpenAI, Mistral or another provider. It is encrypted per workspace with AES-256-GCM, using a key that applies only to your workspace. You keep settling directly with your provider, with no margin added by us.
You see which model eats the lion's share
The usage view shows tokens consumed and the cost derived from them, broken down by provider and model. That makes it visible which model eats the lion's share and where a smaller one would have done.
Set the monthly limit yourself
You set a monthly budget. When the thresholds are reached you get a notice, instead of the invoice surprising you. You change the limit yourself at any time.
Switching and cancelling are things you do yourself
Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling all run self-service. The cancellation button works without signing in, as section 312k of the German Civil Code requires. After cancellation your data stays readable for 30 days so you can export it.
