Your AI's memory

Notes are searchable by meaning right away, the connections between them stay queryable, and anything that changes supersedes the old version instead of overwriting it. Every hit comes with the memory it came from.

A memory in knowmind is nothing more than a piece of text with context: a note from a conversation, an excerpt from a contract, a memo about an appointment, a decision that was made. You enter the text, optionally add people and a functional role (decision, goal, action, fact), and knowmind makes sure the information can be found later by what it says — not only when you happen to use the same words you used back then.

You find it again, even in different words

When you save a note, it is split into workable passages and indexed by meaning. If you later search for “that thing about the delivery date”, knowmind also finds passages that talk about “the shipping deadline” or “the date in the contract”. You do not have to remember how you phrased it at the time.

You get the whole thread at once

knowmind connects related memories automatically — through shared people, projects, keywords or references. That helps you find things even when your query only touches part of the topic. An example: you save the note “Meeting with Ms Müller, delivery date Q3 still open”. Later the email thread and the signed contract are added. When you ask your AI weeks later “Where did the Müller matter end up?”, knowmind returns the whole thread — note, contract, emails, delivery date — and your AI answers in full.

Every hit points back to its memory

A memory keeps its original wording. Every hit is returned together with the memory it came from, so you can open it and read it verbatim. Whether your AI tool displays that reference is up to that tool — knowmind hands it over.

Other workspaces stay out of reach

Memories belonging to different workspaces are technically separated — in the database itself, one layer below the application. Even a faulty filter in the software cannot hand out data to people it does not belong to. That separation applies to every query, without exception.
